Blog: New Chapter for Carless & Adams Partnership

After more than 30 years at the helm of the Architecture discipline at Carless & Adams Partnership, Mike Bunyan has stepped down as a Designated Member.

Four years ago, Mike and the other Partners introduced a succession plan to bring through new Partners from within the business to lead CAP in to it’s next chapter. The process commenced with the appointment of Melissa Magee as a new Partner in 2014 to lead the Architecture discipline and Graham Moran in 2017 to grow and develop the Surveying side of the business. We have built a strong management team which will retain the personal touch that everyone at CAP prides themselves upon, ensuring our outputs and service remain to the highest standard. Over the past 2 years CAP have become design and quality focused, creating bespoke innovative schemes which have received fantastic success rates, alongside this we have also developed strong client relationships to assist in portfolio developments.

This is an exciting stage for Carless & Adams Partnership, the enthusiasm, drive and commitment of the new team leaves me in no doubt that the reputation of our long established business will continue to blossom. Mike will stay on as a consultant, and will of course remain close to the team and be available to offer his experience and support to both clients and the team as required.

We look forward to working with you on new opportunities in the future and I am sure you will join me in wishing Mike all the best in improving his golf handicap in his newly found spare time.
