We are pleased to announce that the Hawkinge House Care Home hydrotherapy pool design has received planning approval. The project for The Graham Care Group will see a new hydrotherapy pool on the site of Hawkinge House care home, a scheme designed by Carless + Adams, in Folkestone.

The new pool will provide residents with an impact free and controlled environment for exercise, recuperation and general heath. The building itself will sit within an undeveloped area of the site, aiming to fit seamlessly with the existing home, matching its use of brick and render and bringing together the two existing wings of the care home. Despite predominantly being used by residents, the pool will also be made available to members of the public and local community. The pool adds completion to the site.
