ARCO (Associated Retirement Community Operators)‘s Annual Conference is running over 2 days and Melissa Magee is representing Carless + Adams there. The conference will be discussing all aspects of the retirement community sector including recognising the UK’s ageing population and how best to provide for their needs now and in the future. Industry wide recognition of addressing perceptions of care and it’s terminology, as Carless + Adams discussed in our White Paper, has been a hot topic. With more over 65 years olds worldwide than those under 5, we are excited that there is drive and focus starting from beyond the care industry to tackle this issue. It proves to be an inspiring and exciting couple of days.
