Last week Mel was able represent design for the care sector and Carless + Adams at a prestigious event at Westminster Abbey. The celebration was for the launch of the publication “300 Years of Leadership and Innovation” which celebrates the best of British leadership and features articles from those who have shaped British society, past and present.
Being in such a magnificent building that was designed to maximise the Monks lifestyle in the 13th Century, made the event even more significant for us architects. It truly showed how building design can influence lifestyle and why Carless + Adams is so passionate about designing the best to allow the elderly to live their best lives.
