‘Twas a few weeks before Christmas and much merriment occurred at lunchtime. Festive knits were worn, cheese eaten and competitive spirits unleashed. The teams designed and constructed a (gingerbread) IRC against the clock and the winning team were awarded with a prized handshake from a well known, talented, experienced biscuit eater.
