With this certification comes an annual audit.  After a full day session at the beginning of August, the assessor from Alcumus group was impressed with the way in which the team are organised and have dealt with the remote working during the Covid-19 pandemic.  

The review process investigated all aspects of our day to day working practices, including the systems, software and protocols used by all of the staff. The examination also included describing and explaining the way in which the teams are set up and how information is recorded on all projects from inception to completion.  

The day went really well and everyone at Careless + Adams thoroughly deserves a well earnt pat on the back for the excellent way the Quality management System has been implemented and successfully deployed.
