Diggers arrive onsite at Daymer Care Home to start the initial ground works on drainage.
Works are finally underway at Taymer Care Home in Bedford following the successful planning approval granting permission for a replacement 60 bed care home with associated car parking and landscaped garden. The initial works involve the installation of a drainage swale at the front of the site with a trench being dug in order to create a flow corridor with free draining top soil. The trench will be lined with a geotextile membrane, filled with enviroflow planks and provision for connecting into a future flow control chamber will be made for when we return to carry out the main works. We are excited to see the plans coming together!
