Alongside ARC Engineers Ltd and Harniss Building Services Solutions, Carless + Adams hosted a round table to discuss ESG covering:

– Impacts
– Whether investor driven ESG goals are causing hurdles
– Issues that are being encountered
– If ESG has begun to financially impact upon developments
– Future changes – considering water conservation, New Part L 2025 Future Homes Standard and the new emerging Energy Modelling standard

The discussion was plentiful and the debate lively at times, and all attendees were positive in their attendance. Thank you to those who took the time to join us prior to the Healthcare Design awards.
