This is a joint venture by Liberty Care Development and an extra care provider on previously developed land. The site has been recently cleared of the former light industrial buildings and is located at the north-east edge of the Erdington Local Action Plan.

The care home is designed over 3 floors encompassing extensive communal areas offering a private dining room, hair & beauty salon, treatment room, activity room and cinema. There is also a visitors lounge and gardens to ensure that residents are able to welcome their family into their new home environment. The ancillary spaces have been designed to ensure they flow with the needs of the care givers to the residents.
