The team were onsite at Harpwood Care Home to view how the development is progressing. The care home provides specialist nursing and dementia care and is set within a Green Belt with a 14m level change on site. The designs have made the use of this variation in land by creating separate building functions between ground and first floor.
Our site inspection of phase 2 allowed us to see the development build up to first floor, which will provide 40 bedrooms. It is anticipated completion will occur by Easter 2024.
