This week Rukhsar Zahid presented at Iver Parish Council meeting to illustrate proposed changes for the redevelopment of an existing 40 bed care home into a 60 bed care home as a phased build. The increase in side through the redevelopment will improve the accessibility and use for existing and future residents.
Residents will benefit from larger bedrooms all with their own private wet rooms and independent access to the gardens, that offer terraces that overlook the gardens and encourage social activity and engagement with nature.
Iver Parish Council positively welcomed the scheme and were pleased to see the conditions improved for the residents, as well as the additional job creation in the area.
