Bryen and Langley Contractors who successfully tendered for the new 86 suite Lauriston House Care Home in Bromley, have instructed Carless + Adams to proceed with Design Stage 4 works. The care home is for Kyn who has the ambition to elevate the care home experience to the extraordinary and the design reflects this by complementing the surrounding area and stunning landscaped gardens. Residents will have access to a larger than average floor space for a care home and the communal areas will include a spa, cinema room and an Orangery for dining. There are additional communal areas designed for more private gatherings with family members as well as their fellow residents that have been created to be inviting, rather than just serving a purpose. The works are due to complete in early 2022.
