What do you do at Carless + Adams?
I’m one of the team leaders who provides guidance, instruction, and leadership to a group of individuals in achieving project planning and construction deliverables. Also, I maintain the company’s software development and training needs. I’m always looking for the next edge to keep us at the top of our game!

Why did you get into architecture?
I’ve always been into understanding why and how things work from a very early stage, which led me to mechanical technology and onward to Architectural Technology. Being from a country where opportunities fell by the wayside, led me into an Architectural office which bought their first ever computer and thrust me into learning CAD. I’ve been privileged to have been involved in many Architectural disciplines and now look forward to growing in the Care sector.

What do you do outside of Carless + Adams?
To keep the mind young and the body motivated, I try my best at mountain biking, SUPing, Winging, Windsurfing, Surfing, swimming… okay, most water sports! On the odd occasion, I might just sit quietly on the beach.
