An exciting new proposal for Staverton House Care Home has been submitted to Wiltshire Council.  The consultation process will now begin with all neighbours, contributors and consultees responding by early November.

The design incorporates angled windows along the central spine of the building which also forms a link from the retained building at the rear of the site to the new entrance at the front. The flat roof will house photovoltaics and the elevational treatment will match the existing building with red brick & stone cladding, which also marries with the surrounding vernacular. The levels within the site play a key part of this design with the existing floor levels of the retained building requiring the site to be built up towards the North, which will form a secluded garden for the residents with landscaping providing screening to the boundaries and a tranquil space to rest and enjoy.
