Following an extended planning process with Birmingham City Council we are pleased to announce that the scheme for a 77-bed care and dementia care home in Erdington, Birmingham has been granted a planning approval.

The care home has 3 floors and 5 wings and forms a part of a larger development including an assisted living block of flats.The proposed building will regenerate the post-industrial site into a sustainable and meaningful use, and will provide an important and much needed amenity for the local community.
