The scheme that will replace an outdated care facility with a new, fit for purpose and future proofed care home for elderly people requiring specialist nursing. The scheme will secure the retention of an important and much needed amenity for the local community.

The care home is 52 bedrooms over 3 floors plus a partial basement, surrounded by a series of well designed gardens that have a wide range of sensory features incorporated to support mind, body, and general wellbeing.
