Planning approval has been received for Pembury in Tunbridge Wells. This is a scheme is for 69 two bed care apartments with communal facilities including a hydrotherapy pool plus community spaces. Developing on the operator’s model of ‘Homes for life’, residents move in independently and then have the option for a second bedroom for a live in carer.
