Our January positivity is on a roll after receiving planning approval for Village Green in Bedfordshire for PRESSBEAU LIMITED. The proposal involves the development of a 60-bed care home and modifications to the Grade II listed building. The removal of the single-story extension will enhance the existing facility, allowing for a new entrance and arrival area in the home. The resident’s bedrooms will surround a larger and secure courtyard garden for residents to access and enjoy the vistas. The former village school at the front will be incorporated into the care home, serving as a communal lounge/dining facility for current residents.
