Carless + Adams are pleased to announce that they have achieved planning permission for the conversation of a large Victorian dwelling from an HMO into four self-contained flats. This was a challenging project as it is located within the Priory Avenue Conservation Area of High Wycombe. The project involved close negotiations with the local authority and consists of substantial internal alterations and a small single storey extension to the rear of the property.
