Carless + Adams is pleased to announce that in collaboration with  Tanner & Tilley Town Planning & Development Consultants, Dewmist House in Aylesford has been submitted for planning.
 
The scheme is set on a challenging brownfield site that was previously used as an oil storage depot and is located within flood zone 3, beside the River Medway.
 
The scheme has been designed to take account of any potential flooding with the resident bedrooms and communal facilities located on the first and second floors, with balconies and terraces to the communal spaces for use by the residents. In addition a host of other features have been incorporated into the design to enhance the residents well-being.
 
This facility will provide a high standard of living and communal accommodation utilising a mix of traditional and modern materials in a modern contemporary style.
