The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution’s (RMBI) Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh Court care home has its first residents and is fully functioning! The home will provide support for 45 residents offering residential care, nursing and dementia services.

As our drone footage shows the outside space has been designed to be essential to encourage movement between inside and out and embracing natural daylight within the building. Ease of access to balconies and patios gives independence and privacy when required, but also connect the wander routes around the property.

Inside communal areas include a café bar (apparently Gin Tasting is scheduled!), lounges, dining rooms, private dining and hair salon.

Visiting a property and seeing happy, settled residents making the architectural designs become their home makes our passion even stronger for the care industry!
