Project Brief
Proposal for a new care home located within a Persimmons Homes development, providing bespoke care to residents of the Cheltenham area.
Outcome
The 64-bed care home is now complete, with Carless + Adams having provided the Architectural, Technical and CDM services for the project. The home sees the inclusion of a library, hair salon, sensory areas and stunning outdoor spaces with terrace, patios areas and landscaped gardens. There is also integration with the local community through the provision of a community coffee shop, offering space for local groups to meet and bring generations together.
