Carless + Adams Ltd recently visited site to see how progress was going on the 64 bed Care Home we designed for Palladian Capital Ltd. It was great to see the structure is well advanced, the innovative Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) construction has enabled the shell of the building to have almost been competed, this design has taken the external skin off the critical path and with the façade now really taking shape the interior is equally well progressed.

With completion targeted for the final quarter of the year you can now really get a sense of the internal space and we are sure it is going to be a fantastic place to live.

We are already looking forward to our next visit to see how our design finishes up.
