Sherwood House is almost there with the phase 1 new build now complete. We were on site last week and are pleased to see all the rooms in the new extension are fully furnished and the residents have already moved in! Phase 1 of the scheme consists of the erection of the two new wings and includes an additional 38 bed care home and facilities such as Lounge, Dining, Nostalgia Room, Treatment Room, Nurse Station, Drugs Stores, Staff Ancillary, Plant Room and utilising the site to minimise its impact on the surrounding neighbourhood.

Works have now started in the existing building, and we are looking forward to seeing how the internal refurbishment progress.
