After 10 years with Carless + Adams, Neil Rutland is taking early retirement to focus on his loves other than architecture! Neil has led and added much value to projects spanning integrated retirement communities, care homes and dementia care homes. As Associate he has led the team in an exemplary manner driving QMS, EQMS and strategy helping the business to grow. His knowledge is outstanding, ability to communicate exemplary, skill at bringing teams together admirable and his sense of humour dry!

For those of you who have had the pleasure of working with Neil you can imagine the sadness that is being felt by the team at his departure, however we all recognise and appreciate Neil will be pursuing all things football/cricket/gardening/travelling/DIY. Watch this space – Mel’s sure she can tempt him back from retirement on a consultancy basis…..
