George Morris and Monica Dhillon are at The Mental Health and Dementia Facilities Forum today. The event is for everyone involved in the design, build and management of facilities including NHS foundation Trusts, Private mental healthcare providers and care homes. Designing for dementia requires a deep understanding of how the person will use and perceive their space to ensure they feel comfortable and secure in their environment, therefore enabling them to keep their independence for longer.
