Thank you, Asprey Healthcare, for giving us a tour of the newly completed Walton Park Care Home in Surrey. The facility looks fantastic and feels homely now that the construction work is finished. It’s wonderful to see how retrofitting an existing care home can positively impact the residents and staff, making the home more harmonious with its environment. Every individual bedroom of the 65 bed care home has been planned based on the configuration of the existing structure, providing every resident with their own unique space. 

It was lovely to see how the residents are enjoying the communal areas and the abundance of natural light flooding in. Thank you to the staff for your feedback on the design and we truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, especially with navigating the challenges of a phased build. It has been a pleasure designing for this scheme.
