Welcome to Marcus van Heerden who has joined Carless + Adams as a Senior Architectural Technician. Marcus is experienced in residential and commercial architecture with a focus on assisted living. He is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and will be working with Fernan’s technical team and is looking forward to building on his care home, care village and assisted living knowledge to help the team provide homes to help residents live their best possible lives.
