This is another welcome to Rukhsar as she has been with Carless + Adams for 2 years assisting on the development of a range of housing, care home and assisted living projects, but has now completed her Master’s in Architecture so is with us full time. During her studying, Rukhsar’s RIBA Part 2 Masters of Architecture her final year project was awarded the Foster + Partners prize for Technical Innovation in Design.
 
To continue her career, Rukhsar is keen to gain professional experience across RIBA stages 0-7 and become more involved in the design and future of care by enhancing her design and technical skills as well as engaging with clients, working with members of the design team and taking an active role to deliver sustainable projects.
 
Outside of work Rukhsar likes to bake, play chess and badminton.
