We have a lot to be proud of – none more so than our people and so employee experience is a key priority within our business. We have embraced hybrid working and actively discourage working outside of office hours.

With our ongoing expansion we have committed to a total office refurbishment project which commenced late in 2022. The brief was to make the working environment more inspiring and relaxing and so we introduced sit and stand desks, imagery of projects past and present and inspiring wall design. There is also a whole floor dedicated to flexible meeting and social space. This has actively encouraged our team to take time out away from their desks, chill out at the tea bar, or have a game of pool – design team v technical team is a regular fixture!
