A brilliant afternoon at the WiRL (Women in Retirement Living) summer networking event at the Shard.

The session covered the pension gap between men and women, sparking important conversations about equity in the sector. We also heard from the women from WiRL’s first mentoring programme, whose reflections on confidence, growth and support were genuinely inspiring.
