A demolition of an existing 42-bed sub-standard home and phased rebuild of a new 52-bed, purpose build care home. Built within grounds of established care facility, to ensure continuous operation of the existing home while building the new development.
Dudbrook Hall
Enhancement of an existing care home with a new care facility designed and built next door to allow for the care home to play a bigger part within its community, with intergenerational spaces to designed to benefit the neighbouring nursery too.
Harpwood House
Situated within the Green Belt and on a 14m level change on site, the design for this care home was sensitive to the environment whilst providing exemplary person-centred care.
