Specialised care home architectural designers in the Southeast
Construction consultancy providing drafting services for care organisations
Carless + Adams is an independent, award winning Architectural practice that provides professional advice and services in architecture for integrated retirement communities, care homes, care villages and supported living accommodation. The passion that Carless + Adams has for the care industry sector is founded on their knowledge, research and understanding of the needs of the UK’s elderly population and retirement living demands.
Based in Slough in the Southeast of England, Carless + Adams are award winner recommended architects providing quality design for social care environments for the elderly and those with additional needs. With over 60 years of experience in the care industry, focusing on later living and supported living needs, we have the experience and knowledge to create designs and technical drawings for contractors and builders to meet the needs of future residents. Our drawings consider sustainability, and we use BREEAM throughout.
We are aware that the current provision of elderly care homes in the UK does not match demand nor is fit for purpose. Carless + Adams is passionate about designing integrated retirement communities, care homes, care villages, supported living accommodation and intergenerational schemes that meets the needs to residents and carers now and in the future. Working nationwide we give focus to the landscape and integrate the surroundings as much as possible in our designs where topography permits. Carless + Adams is familiar with limitations given by listed buildings or heritage status and designs drawings to embrace these restrictions.
Our architects provide a drafting service that illustrates that we are knowledgeable to manage the whole design process. Along with our CPD Continuous Professional Development this allows us to be members of RIBA.
We operate in a niche, specialist area of designing for elderly care. Our knowledge is built on by our passion for the care industry sector and designing for the future.
Working with contractors and care home operators Carless + Adams builds relationships to deliver an outstanding design service and technical drawings every time. Our drive to provide quality design for retirement living means we are working towards the same goal.
